These Terms govern your use of the hx555 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.
By accessing, registering on, or using the hx555 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hx555. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.
hx555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. The hx555 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. hx555 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. If it is determined that a User is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned subject to verification.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on hx555. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hx555 reserves the right to permanently suspend all accounts associated with an individual found to be in breach of this clause and to forfeit any balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly when it changes. hx555 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify hx555 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. hx555 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
2.5 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the hx555 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hx555 does not provide legal advice regarding the permissibility of online gaming in any jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and in accordance with applicable local laws.
3.1 Accepted Methods. hx555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer transactions. Minimum amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. 3.4 KYC Requirements. hx555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), at any time and for any transaction. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.
3.5 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited to your hx555 account are from a legitimate source, are lawfully yours, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. hx555 cooperates with any lawful authority investigating financial crime.
4.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by hx555. hx555 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or manifest pricing errors.
4.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, bet settlement, or any other technical error, hx555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Where winnings have already been paid on a manifest error, hx555 may recover the incorrectly paid amount by deducting it from the User's account balance.
4.3 Final Results. All sports betting results are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic PSL matches, the ICC for international matches, UFC for MMA events). Results are final once officially confirmed.
4.4 RNG Certification. All casino games operating on a Random Number Generator (RNG) use independently certified algorithms. hx555 does not influence individual game outcomes. Live casino results are determined by physical outcomes in the studios of licensed streaming providers.
4.5 Prohibited Practices. The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated betting software, bots, or algorithms; exploitation of software bugs or pricing errors; collusion between accounts; match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity; and any other conduct that hx555 reasonably determines to be fraudulent or contrary to fair play. hx555 reserves the right to suspend accounts and void all associated bets where such activity is suspected or confirmed.
5.1 General. hx555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional credits to Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Abuse. hx555 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, void bonus-related winnings, and suspend accounts where it determines that a User is abusing or attempting to abuse any promotional offer, including through the creation of multiple accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hx555 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or corruption of data; (c) any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (d) interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside hx555's reasonable control; or (e) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
hx555 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) hx555 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification when required; (d) it is required to do so by a competent legal authority; or (e) hx555 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued provision of the Platform to you is no longer appropriate. Upon termination for breach, any balance in your account may be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, hx555 will return verified funds to your registered payment method within a reasonable time.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by hx555 is governed by the hx555 Privacy Policy, available at hx555 Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy should be read together.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hx555 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body as determined by hx555's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents hx555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

Waiver. hx555's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by hx555.
Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
